Fresh in on OSX, what do need to keep?

Just preparing to do a fresh install on my mac as its not behaving. Doing a dootable back up too which i can copy nesasary folders from.
What folders do I need to keep? i.e. to keep my racks, instrument rack samples, retro pack samples and any other relevant stuff
Got the obvious covered like vst/au folders, main samples are on external drive anyway.
Any advice to make this task successful and smooth is welcome
