can't drag MIDI clips in Live Lite 7

I just installed Live Lite 7 with a disk that came with Line 6 Pod Farm 2.5, which btw,does not always work. Currently running Windows 7 on a Vaio laptop/Line 6 UX1, and a Korg Radias as my MIDI controller. Although I can drag samples onto an audio track and use Simpler, I am unable to drag instruments, i.e drum kits/keys, etc onto a MIDI track. Anyone had this problem???
