Ableton + Apogee Duet 2 + DJ Setup

Hi, I'm fairly naive when it comes to technical/interface stuff, so please pardon my ignorance.
What is the best way to utilize Live and my Duet 2 in a DJ context? Meaning, how would you connect Live and this interface into a board at a club for the best results. In terms of cabling, sending a headphone mix / house mix, properly inputing into channels, etc.
I know this is a really basic question, but I'm having trouble searching around the net for a clear setup instruction.
