help please!

my midi keyboard was working yesterday, now it is not, it is a new m-audio keyboard so i think i have probably changed a setting or something

i am still able to use my computers keys as a keybaord when i click on the keys icon

what should i do?

change the setting back to where it was yesterday!






sorry, check cable, check midi-tab in preferences, check that channel is armed etc.

do you still see an input signal from the keyboard (yellow box flashing, upper right-hand part of the screen)

I have issues like this sometimes, and it depends on my audio interface setting, the order that I turn my keyboard on (keys before ableton), and of course, my midi prefs

make sure track and/or remote (depending on use) is selected in the midi settings for your controller.
