automation- inputing exact values?

How can I input exact values for automation?
I added an automated volume envelope on a trac using breakpoints. (as opposed to drawing it, or using my apc40)
I would like to input exact values for the break points, instead of using my mouse to set the break points.
I can only approximate with the mouse; for example: one breakpoint is at volume -3.3..... and another is at -3.2.... and another at 3.4....
no matter how steady my hand, i can only approximate.
How can I TELL ableton to set break points at exact volume values.
