Default velocity of midi notes drawn?

I don't know what I've done but all of the sudden in this project all new midi notes I draw in any clip start with a velocity of 0. How can I fix that?

normally new notes get the velocity of the last choosen note/velocity. try to adjust the velocity of a drawn note and then draw a new one.

When click to you draw a note, don't let go of the click. Hold it and move the mouse up and down. Live tends to remember the last time you've done that.
