convert track to audio, keeping the parts/colours intact?

Is there a way of converting a track to audio keeping parts and colours intact
MIDI=
AAABAAABAACD
AUDIO convert to audio=
A-----------A
no divisions or colour
I sort of loose the visual reminders that there has been slight changes in the music/part on the track.
How can i convert to audio but keep the same divisions and coloured part etc?
