Track doesn't sound how I want - mastering/mixing problem

Hi guys. I worked whole weekend on my track, from scratch and I like every one second, but I can't fix the problem with final master. When I'm listening to on studio speakers (KRK Rokit 5) mix sounds OK, but when I copied it on Walkman and listened to on AKG K271 headphones it is: too quiet and the track doesn't sound warm and clear. How to fix that? Honestly, I'm newbie at mastering, but I'm looking for good tips & tricks :)

I use T-Racks 3 for mastering. http://www.ikmultimedia.com/t-racks/features/
There is a good video about this program: http://www.groove3.com/str/mastering-with-tracks.html
And on youtube you will find enough video's how to use this program.
Good luck

In my (far from expert) opinion, you need to concentrate on how it's mixed before worrying about mastering and the finishing touches. It sounds to me like the kick is far too loud compared to the other elements, the percussion is almost lost underneath it. Lower the kick and try boosting the other elements, compare it side by side to something you really like and listen to how loud each element is in comparison. Good luck! :)

The kick is pretty boomy down low, that could be eating into your headroom some and why it ends up sounding quieter. Maybe EQ out 2-4dB below 60Hz on just the kick, then try re-mastering it.
