synchronize Metronom in Ableton and Logic Pro ?!?

Hi Guys,
i need your help urgently,
someone knows how to synchronize the tempo in ableton live with the tempo in logic pro? I am mostly an instrumentalist so I dont know much about it and would like to avoid rewire....also to avoid latenzies aso....

I got a short-notice job where i want to use the sounds of logic and play some tracks from logic. simultaneously i want to make audio loops with ableton in the live situation (using ableton as a loopstation). everything works fine so far - only problem: the timings/tempo is not synchronized.

weiss jemand wie ich das tempo in ableton live mit dem tempo in logic pro 9 synchronisieren kann? ich bin purer instrumentalist und habe daher nicht sehr viel ahnung - würde gerne das ganze rewire-thema umgehen, wegen latenzen usw.

ich habe sehr kurzfristig einen längeren job und möchte die sounds von logic benutzen und tracks abspielen und gleichzeitig dazu audio loops in ableton live machen.... (also ableton quasi als live-loopstation benutzen) das geht auch alles, nur dass eben das tempo der beiden metronome nicht 100% übereinstimmt.
