Vanishing Plug Ins

hello hello,
running sylenth for a few days, all good. but now i cannot bring up the plug in when i click the edit button in live, but only for a specific project, if i were to start a new life project and import sylenth, it works fine. had a good search on tinternet, but couldnt find anything. pleas help guys!!
