Hello,

have a question, i have the abelton suite and make music with a friend and he have only the LE version from abelton, but when i send him a song, i must send him this with instrument, so is it legal to do?

your question is not completely clear, but if you send him a file made with Suite instruments, and he doesn't have suite, those devices will be disabled, they won't open in LE just because you saved a file from suite and opened it there. Also, this is a licensing issue, not a copyright issue.
