Ableton Live won't recognize my APC40
Hey guys, I'm currently running ableton 8.2.6 on OSX 10.6.8 and I'm having problems with ableton recognizing my APC40. When I plug everything in and go to the Midi Sync section of the preferences menus, I have a drop down menu for the "control surface" option, but nothing for input, output or midi ports. I also noticed the same problem when I tried to plug in other midi controllers. About three months ago I my HD crashed and I had to get it replaced, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this.
