You'll need to make the voices in the choir sound like different people, if you only layer yourself it won't sound like a choir. If you can't find a couple of other people you might get passable results by at least altering the formats of your voice to approximate the choral sections you require. You might only want tenors and sopranos, who knows.
I'd pay attention to how choirs are physically laid out in a comparable piece, also pay attention to how the are mic'ed in a real situation. Quite often we instrumentalists focus on close mixing, choirs tend to exist within a vast reverberant space which was often designed for them. That's their resonation chamber (like a guitar body)
Don't just slap a hall reverb on a stero send though. Design a space with a couple of reverbs and send the choral sections carefully.
