Can't find the answer to this on the Behringer forum so I thought I'd ask here.

I've been using Live for a while now and I just bought the BCF2000 controller to use with Live this weekend. It seemed to be working fine, I updated the firmware and the USB driver from the Behringer page and I started to map it to Live, saved all the presets, turned it off and went to bed happy! Next morning, I powered up the BCF200 and the display read "noO5", which I assume means "no operating system"? The Store and Learn buttons are illumated on the BCR. If I re-power the BCR with these buttons pressed, the display reads "LOAD" but my computer does not recognize the BCR as a USB device (or any other kind of device!) so I can't use the firware update program from Behringer because it doesn't find the BCR.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or is my BCR dead?

did you already try to delete all the bcf stuff from the computer and install all again? and if you disconnect it from the computer and turn it on, do you get the "no0S" message?
i use the bcr and also had some problems setting it up, but now works fine...

Yes, even when disconnected from both MIDI and USB it still read "noO5"

Maybe the firmware is all messed up?

I dont own one but this guy does, I think it will live again!

Sorry to but in with a question but just been reading a BCF2000 thread on the props site saying how Reason 3 is such that you can change devices in the rack and BCF will automaticaly jump to the settings of the device - you can even select the devices from the controller instead of using the mouse!

Does Live offer any similar funcionality cos if it does i'm definitely gonna have to get one (i'm already nearly difinitely getting one for Reason)
