hi there,
we tried to synch two apple powerbooks with two Mt 4 interfaces.
it was possible to synch them, but not with the right bpm. when we tried to change the tempo, then we get always the wrong bpm and it was jumping arround. we also tried to synch it from a korg e-tribe...it was exactly the same .
so were wondering if there someone else how had the same problems? if you found a way to work with it propper, please write the solution for this problem!

conf: 2 powerbooks, mac os 9.2, Mt 4, live 1.5.2

thanx .....pe

yes, this is a known issue and the problem is the Mt4 and not Live. The only solution is to use different mididevicec on both computers.

the bug happens on both my mt4 and an amt8 -- for what it's worth, i think the emagic interfaces just don't like midi clock thru oms.

i'm working with using logic running as rewire master, sending sync into logic using emagic's internal drivers, then syncing ableton as the slave. this seems to work much better. but it's a hack
