Hey fellow Abletoners. Kendall and I, the guys who write AbletonOp (http://abletonop.com/), are going to start running weekly Ableton Live discussions on Google+, every Thursday, at 5pm CST. The first one is tomorrow! *gasp* That's 22:00 UTC (since we're on DST over here).

Looking forward to the next one. How did it go yesterday?

Pretty well! It's the best way to get multiple perspectives on Live, there are some things people are doing that other people (like me) wouldn't ever think of.

I joined this yesterday, it was a lot of fun. Kendall and Steven are very cool people and quite knowledgeable about Live. I hope I can make the other sessions too; I'd be interested in doing that again.

I really enjoyed it. Myself and Bob stayed on and had a great chat about everything from dubstep to DSP.

Maybe we can bump this thread every week to help notify people.

It was quiet and kind of short this time, but still fun. Kendall gave me some pointers for remixing (thanks!) and helped someone choose a good MIDI controller. Kendall had to go due to technical difficulties but I stayed for a bit and chatted with a guy about using Live for theater sound effects.
