Well this is new. Ableton is crashing every time I try and export my project. Any ideas???

I've tried different bit rates, restarted my computer, deleted all unused files, etc

After a call with tech support I still can't export my project. At their direction I tried using older versions, but still no luck. Now I'm waiting for them to "get back to me".

I seriously had to cancel a mix session I had scheduled with an engineer today because of this.

I spent a lot of money on a custom built audio pc so I could continue to use Ableton Live in spite of it's inefficiency. And here I sit having spent a good portion of my day NOT making music due to this program.

What an absolute fucking joke

Have you got the 'upload to Soundcloud' button ticked at all? That crashed my system the other day during export.

Or try bouncing tracks to audio first, could be a rogue VST causing instability?

Soundcloud option isn't selected. I froze a bunch of tracks but Ableton tech got back again and suggested flattening as many of the frozen tracks as I could. So...that's the next step

Flattened over ten tracks. No change. Un-selected multiprocessor support as suggested by tech support...still no change. Tried to export using an older version of Live...no change.

A little late, but a workaround I found is to export all of the tracks individually rather than all at once or the master track. Then import all of those .wav files into a new live set. Make sure to turn off Auto-Warping: Preferences>Record Warp Launch>Auto-Warp Long Samples>Off. Then ctrl+drag the tracks from the file browser in ableton instead of dragging the files from explorer. Some tracks might still have warp active, so just select all and toggle it off under Sample, or if there's issues try dragging the tracks in one at a time.
