Audio interfaces with 4 separate inputs?

I'm running out of inputs - now I need to use 4 at the same time, and still retain a compact form-factor, if possible. Any recommendations esp on the budget ones are welcome!

defenitely an option, but i had hardware problems with its predecessor Audio Kontrol 1 (cracking inputs, midi problems, headphone channel switcher)
loved the loudness of it though

Komplete Audio 6
But if you can afford it, step up to the RME Babyface instead, you'll be much less likely to grow out of it. More routing flexibility, direct monitoring of the digital inputs, DSP effects, smaller form factor, carry case, better sounding converters & digital clock.
I have both. They are both great and you can't go wrong with either one. But I'd say the Babyface definitely has a slight edge over the Komplete Audio 6 in almost every area. If you have a lot of hardware & use digital I/O, the Babyface offers more options/flexibility & you'd be less likely to run into a limitation when using as your only interface.
I replaced my Motu 828mkII with the RME Babyface because I never used more than 4 inputs or outputs, haven't missed the Motu yet!

Presonus mobile has 8 analog ins, more then any other compact interface. Babyface has only 2 analog ins. Echo audio has 4 inputs FW model but I would advice to wait for the new USB models coming next month.

hot damn, and it's the smallest one
do you use it? is the 9-pin to regular midi adapter included?

but then again, focusrite saffire pro 24 DSP has the VRM speaker modelling - gimmick?

VRM would be main reason for choosing the DSP Pro, hear only good things about it. What kept me away from buying the 24 Pro - Focusrite´s bad track record regarding drivers &latency. I know they got much better these days, still. The Focusrite pre amps, audio quality could possibly be bit better then of Presonus but they both (and M Audio) use same chips made by T.C. for good and bad.
Anyway I will definitely get the new Echo interface - like the design (the most compact of them all) and Echo´s quality is top, specially drivers. I saw only the Echo2 - 2 input version, which should be in shops in May, the Echo6 (4 analog ins) in summer. Firewire is on the way out and so it is by Echo, the 2 are to replace Audiofires 2 and 4.
Edit: yes, the midi, digital thingy is included in Presonus mobile.
