I am just wondering if it's possible to cue a track (isolate it from the crowd when the other one is playing) with a computer that have two hearphone output ? Or I have to absolutely buy an audio interface with two sets of output...

If they appear as 2 different stereo outputs in live's audio preferences, yes.

If not, then you'll have to buy an interface.

solo buttons can be set to be 'cues' if you have enough audio outputs..
(2 stereo =4 outputs.. are needed)
