This just happened to me too. I guess I won't be using it until they get it fixed. I had a fresh install of Windows on Bootcamp with no former versions of Live.......I was excited.

how long did you wait for it to hang to call it hosed?

About 5 minutes. Ableton needs to get it together. I don't ever come on here and complain but this is ridiculous. It's an installer package. Please.

where i can download older version? i cant wait to install.... and i dont have any backup of older installation
