But harder to read. Drum rack nesting (to any level) is great, and the proof is that it's used all over the library instruments and partner instruments. It would be nice to have the same thing for track groups.

Been wanting this for a long time, sure you can send things around but when you work with 50 tracks or so this would clear things up.

sure. on consoles there were aux busses, and you just had to read the setting of every send pot on the board to figure out what was routed to it. and in Logic there are aux busses, and you just have to read the output setting of every track and bus to figure out what's routed into them. The track and rack grouping thing in Live is far and away the most usable and readable routing structure I've ever seen in a DAW. hands down. So, I'm just sayin', it would be great to eliminate the restriction that forces one back into the old days of (in effect) aux busses with sends. IMO.

This would be sooo insanely useful!!! And It wouldn't be confusing if Live just simply renamed a "Group" that was nested inside another group to a "Sub-group" - problem solved 8)

How Many Threads Do We Have To Make About This?? What does it take? Artists are asking for feature improvements to help their work, they dont need a new skin and a compressor.
