I've had this problem for as long as I can remember, but basically i will play a 1 hour set on live, use 20 tracks, and then export.

After I export and open up the .wav file, i hear nothing, i have to skip to 2 minutes and then the set picks up from there. Then all of a sudden a loud buzzing sound emerges and overlays on top of my audio, and then it fades out again, only to rinse and repeat this process over and over.

I probably lose a good 30% of audio to this issue everytime i play a set on live. Any suggestions?

Cut the first two minutes out and get the fucker signed.............

loose ground wire?

can you export from arrange view?

Well i am only sourcing the audio through my headphones, no external so i doubt it's a physical issue with the wiring. It's something wonky with my configuration and live's configuration...but i don't know what.

To hear the set i have to export from arrange view, i can't export any other way...can i?

Mac or PC?

do you have any antivirus software running? some AV software checks files "on creation"

PC, windows 7 64 bit, as for AV i do i have avast, i tried disabling it but no difference

i dunno then...

maybe you should try with a smaller set (dummy set) to see if you can pinpoint the issue.

if any of your tracks are grouped, try ungrouping them... to see if the results are different.
