uploading an abelton mix to soundcloud

i have recently recorded a mix into abelton live and i am trying to put it onto soundcloud. Is there an easy way? please help.

On export audio option with later versions of 8 there is upload to soundcloud option - assuming you have soundcloud account but I don't use it personally as I don't want to upload things that I haven't heard for myself outside of ableton e.g. on the car stereo
The default easy way is to forget ableton and just use sound clouds own upload / share facility... i think ableton tried to fix a problem didn't need fixing re sound cloud!

In Live 8.3: File > Export Audio > Upload to SoundCloud > On > OK.
