m-audio fast track c400 works 50 % of the time

My m-audio sound card works 50 % of the time when a open a new session with Ableton. When Ableton is loading Ableton say to me that the sound engine will be off and when I chose my soundcard in the preference menu Ableton says failed to open m-audio fast track c400. I remove the drivers and put it back after it works for 1 or two sessions and after the complaint come back...Is somebody knows what's going on ?
