Two Controllers do not work with Ableton Live 8.3

Hi there!
I have one issue with Ableton Live! I have 2 MIDI controllers, M-Audio Axiom 25 (Advanced) and Korg microKEY, both controller do not work with Ableton Live. On top right corner of Ableton there's a square that turns yellow every time I press a key, so I think the MIDI signal is ok. When I try use my VST's they do not work (they work when I press the mouse only...). Last week I could use the vst's and controllers without any problem. The keyboard of my Macintosh also stopped working with Ableton Live also. I have Computer MIDI Keyboard option check. In the midi options everything looks normal. I'm getting desperate.
My setup:
Macbook Pro 2,4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (with 3GB DDR2) - Mac OS X 10.7.4 (Lion)
Ableton Live 8.3
M-Audio Axiom 25 (Advance)
Korg microKey
Thank you for your time and kind regards,
Rogério

Both controllers are on. This is not the problem.
Thanks anyway,
Cheers.

Hey so i had the same problem and this is how I fixed it. You have to arm the track by pressing the little clock symbol underneath the track activator and solo/cue. When it's red my computer keyboard works when its not it doesn't so...

That's not a fix.. that's exactly how the software is supposed to work - as outlined in the manual.

I'm having the same problem. It's not even recognising my Korg as being connected. Works fine on my Alesis.

Hi!
Have you found a solution for the problem? I'm thinking about buying the Korg microKEY2-37. But if there are problems, I will look for something else. But the size was perfect for putting under my iMac

1. Not really digging some of the asshole responses on here. Not cool. If you’re not going to give more Specific advice than ‘look in the manual, it is in there somewhere’, you might as well not respond. Especially if you’re not aware of the specifics.
2. Korg controllers are notoriously finicky. Best advice I can give is to open their driver software and ensure that the Korg controller is set to 64 bit mode, assuming it is connected (shows up in the drop down) in the first place.
