albino 3 and ableton 8 bug

i've noticed this bug i have with albino 3 and ableton 8.
basically, if i close an ableton project which has instances of albino 3 in and then re-open the project, i am no longer able to change to another preset as the preset boxes are now blank.
has anyone else encountered anything similar? at the moment, my only work around is to load up a new instance of albino
