which midi devices? your fw410 and ozone?

have you tried not "hot-plugging" them? in other words, turn off your PB, plug in your devices, turn on your devices, THEN turn on your PB.

It's not detecting ANY of my Midi devices: Radium49/FW410/Ozone! But, i've got no problems using Audio from these. Is this common? This is my 3rd PB, & i've NEVER had any such issues before!! & i didn't do anything to it! I was performing with it the night before & it was perfect!!

same happened to me 2 after the last security update... just go to library>audio>midi drivers and put throw them to the trash and should work. Heard someone just re-installed FW410 driver and that was enough...
also you could have some in user>library>audio>midi drivers
After I deleted everything midi setup stoped crashing and my evol. mk249C and uc-16 came back!!!
good luck...

since I just use the keyboard as a keyboard only and the uc-16 controller for knob tweeking I don't use the keyboard knobs anymore, not even the volume one, but modulation and pitch bend are working fine.
Try downloading the last drivers... if you don't already have them... anyway. if they do not work, you have now a workaround...
cheers :)
