Maschine as standalone and not as a plugin, right? If you want Maschine as master and Live as slave, turn on Maschine virtual MIDI output port and then turn on Sync in Live's MIDI preferences for Maschine's virtual output port. Choose to send external MIDI sync from Maschine and turn on EXT on Live.

Yes i want to use it as standalone. It's possible to have Ableton as master and Maschine as slave? I want to send the MIDI clock signal from Ableton to Maschine.
