Just got this message opening Live 8 on my macbook pro for the first time ever :

"ableton live 8 wants to use your confidential information stored in ableton services (services.ableton.com) in your keychain" ....

what the....? I can't open Live if I click on Deny.

Why now, what's it mean, what's going on!?

I believe that this is storing your Live account info, for when you access your account (authorising, etc) directly from Live.

I think that this was a recent change, traditionally you'd need to goto the Ableton website and download a file...now it's all integrated.

Hope this makes sense.

So they're not stealing from my Paypal account or making me fat or anything?
