Fuzzy/distorted audio until AudioEngine is reset.

Getting this happening a few times when loading up 64bit versions of my synths (so far UltraAnalog and Massive have done it) where things sound slightly distorted when playing notes.
Clicking on the CPU meter twice (once to disable audio engine, once to enable) seems to fix the issue.
Not experienced this in 8.3 or previous versions.
Win7 64bit, ASIO4ALL 2.11beta1

Just for a laugh, clicked the CPU meter off, and on again - and the distortion is back..
edit: seems it only happens if I switch windows (ie: to Firefox to post this) and back, then turn on/off the cpu meter (audio engine)

Hi cotdagoo,
please be so kind and check your 64-bit audio drivers. They might not be the newest one.
Regards, Bernd.

Thanks for the reply Bernd.
My laptop manufacturer currently supplies an older version from their support page (go figure!) than what is actually current.
Managed to grab an updated version of the driver from Realtek's site and haven't been able to get the same behaviour after a few opening/closing/re-opens
So far so good.

Sounds good.
I will lock this thread now to make it easier for us to keep track of the open issues. In case this or another problem comes up, please create a new thread.
