how to participate in the x64 beta?

how can I download the x64 beta?
all it does, when following the download link, is bringing me to a site with information about beta versions in general....

The 'accept' button is hidden, bottom left (click around)- white font on wheit background...

saw the button in safari/ipad, clicked it, then switched IE to compatibility mode on PC and there was the link
