Initial Freezing

Observed Live x64 freezes when loading VSTs, sometimes recovering then working smooth, sometimes only TaskMan helps to terminate.
Applies to any x64 VST plugin, no matter which vendor.
If working, performance and loading time for sample libraries much better as before with Live 8.3.
Beta 1, no reliable performance yet.
But that's what was expected
