64 bit for Mac, 32 bit for PC.
So far I have seen nothing about it on the Sony forums.

Sony bought it from some French developer/company Divide Frame, nothing to do with Izotope neither Soundforge, it does not seem to be the mysterious product, Soundforge reincarnation people were expecting.

I found my way back to that video teaser at finallyonthemac.com. Couldnt remember the tagline at first. This isnt that.

I'd pay $200 for a combination of Soundforge and Spectralayers. $375 for each one? lol.
