Hey there - is anyone successfully using MidiQuest10 XL in Live 8.3?

MidiQuest runs fine in standalone mode, but the whole reason I got it was to use it as a VST inside Live to send automation parameters to my old analog gear. Everytime I run Live it gives me an error and cannot load the MidiQuest .dll.

I've pinged Sound Quest for support but thought I'd check here as well.

I was able to use midiquest successful running win xp and win 7 together with ableton live and fruity loops.
Now on win8 (even in compatibility mode) it won't run as vst. Standalone still works.
The vst doesn't even show up in ableton.
In fruity loops I get at least an error message that MQGenerl.dll couldn't be found.
But it's in the program folder. Copying it into the VST folder won't solve the issue.
What was the support reply to your request?
