Problems after downloading the add on kit

Hello forum,
I went out and downloaded one of those Live 4 add on kits that have extra presets for the effects and extra impulse kits and stuff like that. That is all well and good except now I cant seem to find my original effects presets. Can some one tell me how to retrieve my original effects presets? Has anyone else had this problem?
