- Make the Mixer Section tall enough to see the Peak Level meter
- Narrow your track until the Peak Level meter is just a circle
- Move your mouse there
- Look at the Info View (it says "Peak Level")
- Keep looking there and click on the Peak Level, don't move the mouse
- Oh! Info View now says "Mixer Drop Area"

You will have to change the width of the track again before you can reproduce.

Good find!. Seems there is a problem with collision maps and tool tips when the track is narrow.
