I have a live set with 7 audio tracks loaded with guitar effects. I use this set as a guitar effects rig. I have midi mapped different functions to the LPD8. When I depress a pad on the LPD8 which is mapped to select track, activate track, and record arm I get 2 piano notes in succession and they go up in pitch as I go up the pads. No instruments are loaded in the set, just effects. What's with that???

Ah! Found the solution: Just disable Remote Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth under the Midi Sync tab. Thanks to TW
