Live beta no longer available?

When I navigate to the download link, it takes me to a beta signup page. Has the beta been taken down?

So is the 8.4 beta no longer available?

The 8.4 beta should be available as always here:

Please make sure you are logged in with an account where there is a Live 8 activated.
