I'm standing in line for the Matterhorn at Disneyland right now. I know this hasn't been posted on here before because the ride has been broken down 90% of the time since the 70's.
I suspect it will break down before I get to the front of the line.

The economy is strong at Disneyland.
In line for Space Mountain now. Bringing headphones tomorrow so I can listen to podcasts in line.

BEATS! Awesome. You really must spend some time in the Haunted Mansion. When you're in line, ask the cast members to explain to you what the backstory is... Report back with their answers.

^ better yet, take your iPad with you and use the camera to interview them. edit that into a short documentary and upload it to the iCloud. then listen to a podcast... and finally... get on the ride.

Beats is the only man in the world who actually means it when he says "hey there little girl, do you want to go to Disneyland?"
I hope the courts go on easy on him.
Fortunately even American cops try to avoid shooting a man wearing a cap with Mickey mouse ears over his Sennheisers and dancing to techno in the magic kingdom.

Disney FUCKED UP the Haunted Mansion, my onetime favorite ride. They morphed it into a Nightmare Before Christmas abomination.
A friend told me that sounds gay. That's a perfect description. It's now like a couple of gay ravers got together and designed a haunted house.

Oh, yeah. That's right. But I thought it was only a couple months before and after Christmas that they do that Nightmare thing. Is it full time now?

It may only be seasonal considering Halloween is the end of the month, but if its not then that building needs to go on Obama's KILL LIST.

After going to California Adventure across the entrance from Disneyland I have to say me and H2 (and whoever else) live in the best damn state in the union. Before I went I thought it was kind of stupid to have a cliff notes version of the state of California in California, but now I get it. So much diversity in regions and culture. It was like an interactive brochure on why to live here. Sold.
Also did a brief tour of LA (the real LA), didn’t want or need it but it came with a package. LA is a really odd place, almost like a different planet. I think it’s best to just view through TV and movies. It felt like the world’s biggest movie set. I’ve been there plenty of times before but something about it just doesn’t sit right with me, even when I wasn’t in the tourist traps. You feel like you should bring your A game even if you’re just taking a dump. That dump could lead to great things or get you incarcerated.
