anybody else get static mouse-noises?(-flash-reactive)

Please can't someone have an idea about this?
Surely its fix-able with the proper knowledge of windows?Live?
after I tried to work around this , believing the problem was in the usb wireless mouse so I replaced with wired mouse and movements still cause static audio or unwanted noises
Anyone able to make any suggestion?
I hate to believe the answer to why my aardvark doesn't have this problem and the usb operated tascam us 224 does, lies in the fact the sound card is simply better although its rather obvious I guess i still believe there is hope to clean up my mousing movements while using this, my older DAW but a fine one mostly these noises do not find their way into the recorde audio I am creating luckily but its so distracting .
