What does "Better Sound" mean, as written in the promo video for Live 9, at 00:59?

maybe the timing issues have been fixed...

in that context they're talking about the EQ.

They've upgraded the filters of EQ8 so they're 'better' sounding, more musically with less artifacts.

...or the complaints people had all the time were right,
and they worked in this area intensively, to improve it !!!

But again, you'll find your way to ignore that and say it's not so...

I in the end, feel better when reading this and maybe come back again to use Live mainly,
after some heavier testing Live9 inside out.

I have a good feeling, and see that complains are fruitful and beneficial,
even to those who's been all ignorant.

Better quality, curved automation and improved effects are a great start...!!!

better sound because of a better eq.

i just hope live 9 has a an improved PDC ...

I know Dubturbo has better sound if I remember correctly, so which software has better sound, Live or Dubturbo?

better sound=no more new featues to talk about

because you can't have a f-ed up half assed product release without sinking to that level.

Not better, but i can tell a difference on the playback of just audio clips.
It sounds like some kind of high quality oversampling.

Live 8 and later has that flat mid frequency natural sound, where is 9 is more musical, like more bass and width?
Something defeinelty changed in the playback of clips quality.

Maybe its just me though, new look sounds better lol.

Of course I jumped on the old beta tests for 9, and 9.5 the latest release sounds different for sure.

Stayed with 8 though for memory issues, something with the browser and how Live 9 handles samples on a external hd.
