The Glue - VST/AU development?

Couldn't find if this had already been posted somewhere, but has there been any word from either Cytomic or Ableton as to whether the original third party plugin of The Glue will continue development? Or will it be discontinued as an Ableton-only development?

Hmm!
I asked Andy Cytomic about differences between The Glue plugin and The Glue Live effect. Here's what he said:

I didn't ask directly as to whether the original Glue plugin will continue development, because it seemed obvious.. [that it will].
