I'm really in love with the new grey skin used for Live 9, do anyone know if there is a skin like that for Live 8 while we wait for the new version?
I think it's really relaxing for the eyes...

I know that L8 skins are compatible with the L9 beta.

Try it in reverse........

Program Data - Ableton - L9 - Resources - Skins.

Find the one you like and copy it into L8 - Resources - Skins.

I assume you have the L9 beta. If not you're stuffed.

The default 9 skin is not in the skins folder

this is the closest i could get the live 8 skin to look like live 9
then again im color blind so it might look nothing like live 9 to you

fuck it.. i was told what i thought was grey was actual teal.
anyways.. if you have the skin editor and are not color blind you probably could make a skin in less than five minutes.

the Apple Pro.ask skin is very similar

It's "monolake" in Live 9 beta, I think.......

i like that one just as it is! is it up somewhere?... i would make it but the skin editor always glitches out on me

i almost failed kindergarten due to my color blindness, they thought i had a learning disorder. back in the 80's they thought every kid had some sort of learning disorder.
