I'm renting a room therefore it's my bedroom/ studio and I was looking to do some work outs and was wondering as long as I have of my equipment covered would it be okay to workout in the studio despite the humidity with me sweating?

Honestly, I don't think it'd make that much of a diffrence. Unless you take a shower in your room also... It depends on your placement of your sub and speaker. if you're weights are too close and loose (rattling) I could see a problem with that effecting your sound.

I really don't know much about sound proofing your room, my studio is in an office/bedroom. I looked up some guides towards speaker positioning and what have you, but I don't have foam or anything, and sometimes I have my door open. What I've noticed is I have a little bubble around my desk area of sound, you can really only hear it good if you are sitting the desk chair.

Yeah, I don't think one person working out will be very much different to one person on a very hot day.

If it concerns you, you could always buy a hygrometer and/or a dehumidifier.

As long as it's not swimming you'll be fine.

Although personally I'd be more worried about throwing weights around near any precious hardware... just be careful!

Ball games, contact sport, martial arts, show jumping, water sports, etc should all be avoided in close proximity to your studio equipment.
