How to access Live's built in tutorial

Hi all - I recently bought live 8. It came with the built in tutorials (I know because I went through them a bit). However, when I start Live now, the lessons don't start... How can I access these lessons again?

They're in the help window, in the menu bar, just click "Help", then "Help view"
