Live Suddenly Re-Writes my Midi Assignments!

This is actually occuring on my iBook which is what I use for performing (as opposed to my desktop setup):
This is absolutely insane. Has anyone experienced this? I have projects that I've had forever that I open up, perform them with no problems, hitting all my midi keys and faders etc. Then I go back to open it hours later and all of my Midi assignments are changed! I leave Live, let the computer sit overnight (I don't even need to shut down) and when I awake, the midi assignments have resumed back to normal.
In fact, this just happened moments ago WHILE the project was opened. Suddenly my keys weren't doing anything and then I went into Midi-Mapping mode to discover they were assigned to other things!
I surely hope I aint the only one experiencing this. This could sure make me look like an ass at a live performance!
