bit like selling a bottle of mountain air though really! Who is going to be stupid enough to pay for a backup of a program they already own?

and it's no use to anyone who doesn't own it because you need a personal serial which you unlock online

seems to me like something thought they were being cunning but didn't think it through.

this guy is a total con

one of his negative feedbacks..
"I feel that this is a con-trick - selling information not item"

sounds like he's one of those "learn how to get an ipod for free!, just pay $20 to win this auction" kinda wankers.

Reminds me of a homer simpson joke while he's surfing the net to become a priest.

("Hey, a talking donkey wants my creditcard number. That seems fair.....:-)

I for one think it's really nice of him to offter to back up Ableton Live 4 for me.

I just wonder if I can get him to clean the garage and pick up the dog shit in the yard when he's completed the backing up.

you know what I was going to write that one too but more than one quote at once didn't seem to have the same kind of coherence. Thankyou for filling that gap!

what is it with kiwi's and pom's loving the Simpsons so much?
is it the mutual desire shared with the Simpsons to make easy Jabs on Ozzies? hehehe.

"Bart vs. Australia" is one of my most favorite episodes

damn Can-Eaters....

hate to spoil that little generalisation, but I'm more Aussie than Pom! :P

The main reason we love the Simpsons is because Kiwis, Aussies and Poms - in fact most people of reasonably recent British Extraction are big lovers of Cynicism and the Simpsons is the finest in American Cynicism - Matt Groening, even before Michael Moore is the supreme American Cynic and no-one satirises American culture better.

Moe: I got this deep frier from the Navy, it can deep fry a Buffalo in 40 seconds.
Homer: 40 seconds? Awwww I want it now.

Homer is the champion of all civilisations because he is infantile and primitive and therefore represents 98% of humanity.

And that other 2% gotta be somethin to do with the aliens

I would have to add Jon Stewart and The Daily Show to that. At its best, right up there with Bill Hicks for me.

A friend played me the classic clip of Stewart on CNN's "Crossfire" at about 6am after a very inspiring night out with the introduction: "this is the proof that there's hope for America". I jus' wanna say I believe!! :D :D - and it's not just the drugs, buddy!

Google jon stewart crossfire if you haven't seen it....

I've been an avid watcher of Daily Show mpegs (mainly posted at onegoodmove.org) ever since.
