Ableton Support

Has anyone contact Ableton support recently? Sent two emails a week a go and have had no reply.

Tried calling them but get "all representatives are busy" and get hung up on.

I thought that, but it's kind of annyoning that there's no option to wait in a queue for phone support

this thread is over 6 hours old... that means it's overdue for someone to chime in and tell you that they have always had a quick response to their personal support requests thus negating you claims... or something... so therefore you need to chill out.

All of the support team are busy baking lebkuchen for the office christmas party.
