Help please!

Good afternoon. I recently bought a Novation Launchpad. Normally got put the driver and connect it to the program Ableton 8.3.4. But after working briefly in the program, with some action, always random, the whole computer freezes up tightly. And do not depend on whether the Launchpad I clicked on the button or in the program. Sorry for my bad English. Thx.
