metronome issue?

Hi guys...Happy new year!
I'm having a little issue with Live metronome.
I'm recording my guitar and metronome goes fine...after a minute or so is like the metronome goes out of sync for 2 seconds and then starts again....
I never had a problem in the past with it, or could be maybe my audio interface (focusrite saffire pro 24 dsp)? I do having problems with my audio interface.
I'll appreciate any feedback. Thanks
